With respect to opening the manual for Finale, you wrote earlier that you converted the ~.pdf files to ~.rtf format. Based upon that statement, if it were me, here's what I'd do.
Hello Noel, Thank you very much for your help. I tried to do today what you were saying. I did everything right, at least I could follow all the steps. The manual still doesn't open. Did anyone else had this problem before too? Is it possible that there is something wrong with my copy. This really begins to annoy me enormously.
