thanks jari. coupla comments.
a separate category may be overkill, you can leave them in misc
category and define the 1st title positioning and make copies... as
they say YMMV. keeping them in the tempo markings category would
make them automatically break a MM rest (it would in most cases
happen for other reasons between movements).
the equation for positioning the expression in the centre of the page
would be, for a centre-aligned expression attached to the left
barline:
(page_margin_width / 2 ) - indent
e.g. if page margin is 10 and indent is 2, you want it aligned to 5:
(10/2) -2 = 3 (R hor offset from L barline)
