lawrence provided the same answer i would have given (staff style as noel suggested certainly works, but seems to me to be excessive for only one measure). i would only add defining an extra region is not needed, since there is no measure numbers for your incipit.

another approach to consider -- depending on the music in the incipit -- is entering all notes as quarters and removing stems (special tools) and setting the spacing (measure tool) to "position notes evenly across measure". this will space the notes evenly even if the total duration of the notes and the time sig do not correspond.
