[Finale] Changing patches in the new Finale 2012 world

Anyway, can someone tell me how to change the Garritan sound of an
instrument? Specifically, I want to change from arco to pizz (and back).
The old way was to specify a patch change on an expression, but the
Garritan option is grayed out on the playback setup window, and specifying
the old GM patch changes produces no effect in the playback.
