IMHO
Unfortunately Avid will let Sebelius just sit there Avid has a history of doing 
that.  They also rely on outside vendors to develope plug ons and do little in 
the way of developing products.
The notation in.Cubase is really top notch for me it is a bit cumbersomein the 
interface and not a lot of font options 
It could be a serious contender with little effort.
