The problem's solution lay in the way a server-based system works. And Finale seems to need special attention in this case. The problem was that ROAMING APPDATA is on an external drive and is reloaded to the user's account on each re-boot.
The solution was to change the settings on the server and re-start. The changes will only become permanent in this matter. I must thank a help source at MM for the text settings. Henry Howey Sent from my iWhatever
