Bill Duncan created those articulations for Greg Hamilton and me in order that 
we would have Jazz articulations to use with Maestro, and I am continually 
grateful to him. You can get those articulations in the Finale Productivity 
package that Nick Carter sells (NPC Imaging).  I don't think he sells the fonts 
separately, but the articulations and the beautiful slashes and rhythmic 
notation in Bill's Chord Symbol font are the essential parts of the package.
