This does NOT work for these files. The system32 directory seems to be unusually privileged so that Finale files (and perhaps other user data files) cannot be seen there inside the usual explorer window. The first time I encountered it, I opened explorer (which is set to show everything) and the files were absent from system32. These files DO appear in the open dialog, however, where drag-and-drop is normal. They also DO appear in the command window. I've yet to figure out this behavior, which in my experience has only happened with Finale's recent versions.
