[Fink-beginners] 10.2.3

i STILL haven't managed to install fink running 10.2.2 and apple announced 10.2.3 today.

i have not installed it yet but will it need another package to install it/

the only reason i tried to install it was to get silc and someone was nice enough to give me a silc shell so i haven't tried installing the 10.2.2 again as of yet

eventually i might be interested in other packages but not as of yet

anyone know if a first time installer will need a new installer/
