Here is the off-list instruction.
1. Log on as an ADC member
2. Click on "Download Software" on "Manage Assets" area at your left hand side
N.B. Not on "Purchase"
3. Now, you're in "Audio" section of "Downdload Software" tree.
4. Click on "Mac OS X" to get to the right page.
5. Here we go. You have an entry "December 2002 Developer Tools".
Just click on "download" button.
6. Wait for a while.
