i had the same issue (/sw/lib/libqt-mt.3.dylib undefined reference to _FT_Access_Frame expected to be defined in /usr/X11R6/lib/...) when it use to try to launch ktouch before installing bundle-kde-ssl.
--> the question is : do i have to install the whole bundle-kde FROM SOURCE (i.e self compiled), or is there another workaround ?
You should only need to build qt3 from source. Or, there is a workaround, you can use the unofficial binary distribution from http://fink.opendarwin.org/ that Rob Braun set up.
