Looks right.  The core packages were updated by your initial 'fink 
selfupdate-cvs', so nothing's left to update.

If you want to switch to rsync you can just run "fink selfupdate-rsync".

If you want to minimize your compile time, then you can grab as many 
precompiled binaries as possible by adding a couple of unofficial repositories, 
as per

Then try "fink install coot", "fink install ccp4", or if you're really feeling 
ambitious, "fink install coot ccp4".
