Hello, Stéphane. Did you start a new shell after having installed  
Okular?

If that doesn't work, does running /sw/opt/kde4/x11/bin/kbuildsycoca4  
solve your problem? If you've installed okular4-mac, replace that  
'x11' with 'mac'.
