this usually means something didn't get indexed correctly.  What if you run:

  sudo /sw/opt/kde4/{type}/bin/kde4-postinst.sh
  /sw/opt/kde4/{type}/bin/kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental

(where {type} is mac or x1, I'm not sure which version you're running)
