well, the post-installs are run as root, and kbuildsycoca4 needs to be
run as the user.

*If* you're using init.sh, there is a profile script that should detect
that kbuildsycoca4 needs to be updated and runs it in the background,
but it's possible that it hadn't quite updated when you ran or something.
