Sounds like an interesting idea, but why couldn't people just nice +5 fink install bundle-kde instead of needing a setting within fink? Not that we can't have more than one way for a user to do things...I don't know how much redundancy is too much. Perhaps the useful mod would be to have fink apply its setting to the *Script but not to fink itself.
