When someone commits a new g77, please also consider changing the
BuildDependsOnly. I assume it's BDO:true because other fortran
compilers might conflict with it? OTOH, f2py-pyXX appears to need g77
at runtime, so its Depends:g77 is a BDO violation. so g77 should be
BDO:false at best, or maybe no BDO tag at all. I haven't wanted to
force a g77 rebuild just for this issue, but if we're gonna rev-up
anyway...
