Feel free to take it.  That's the whole idea of my
info file dumping zone :)  I 2nd Dan's comments about
it needing help.  I think this is both used by other
programs (which one I can't remember... or am I
imagining things) and is an app too.  This reminds me
that I need to fix up epydoc.  Doh!
