I just finished upgrading the docutils package. There is a placeholder
docutils.info file for upgrading, and that will install a
docutils-py25/-py24/-py23 package which contains the library files in
site-packages.

I created links both with and without .py (looks like bzr was
depending on the old Fink behavior). Let me know how it works.
