I just finished upgrading the docutils package. There is a placeholder docutils.info file for upgrading, and that will install a docutils-py25/-py24/-py23 package which contains the library files in site-packages. > I also noticed that some of their scripts expect the rst2* > scripts to exist without the .py extension. I created links both with and without .py (looks like bzr was depending on the old Fink behavior).
