Hi folks, tried to update to gtk+2-2.12.10-1 today, on my 10.5.3 machine. Well, it fails:
i686-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.0.1: /usr/X11/lib/libXrandr.2.0.0.dylib: No such file or directory make[4]: *** [libgdk-x11-2.0.la] Error 1 make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 ### execution of /var/tmp/tmp.2.DBNfBh failed, exit code 2 Removing runtime build-lock... Entferne fink-buildlock-gtk+2-2.12.10-1 ... Failed: phase compiling: gtk+2-2.12.10-1 failed So it does not find libXrandr.2.0.0.dylib -- I thought that bug from 10.5.2 had been fixed in 10.5.3. Well, it has been, it seems: the symlink is there. However, my system "only" has libXrandr.2.1.0.dylib . So, is this some kind of bad hidden binary incompatibiliy? Maybe some stuff I built on 10.5.2 now needs to be recompiled on 10.5.3 ? In any case, this seems like something that could seriously bite users..
