Sorry, my mistake: it is not the libkpathsea(4|6)-shlibs but the 
libkpathsea(4|6) which are in conflict:

I can remove manually libkpathsea6, so why doesn't fink try to do it himself? 
Because the file
        /sw/include/kpathsea/c-vararg.h
fails to be removed? (1st problem)

Anyway, even then, libkpathsea4 still can't install (2d problem) because of an 
overlap with texlive-base:
