Well, i'm not kafkathepoor. :) But the package is pkgconfig.

Downloading the file "pkgconfig-0.8.0.tar.gz" failed.
It's been down for a few days, and this prevents a fink selfupdate.
(since it appears to abort the entire selfupdate if one package fails)
I already emailed the maintainer.
