Thanks for the information.

So where does that leave me with my Jaguar installation?  Would I have
to downgrade from XFree86 4.4 to Apple's X11 (based on XFree86 4.3;
assuming that I could hunt down a Jaguar version)?  Veering off-topic
(sorry), is it possible to acquire (legally) the proper libXplugin from
another source?
