Nevermind. It's working again for me.
I have however noticed something else in my testing of this. When I get a
message (and Fire is in the background) and I read the message and then
close the message window (all without bringing Fire to the front), the Fire
icon continues to bounce even though the whole reason it started to bounce
was the new message (that I closed) is gone.
I have to actually switch to Fire before the icon will stop bouncing which
at times is just an extra step I don't need to take.
Any ideas?
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
