I think it would work to bind Cmd-V to Paste and Cmd-Shift-V to Paste as
Rich Text and not worry about a preference to switch them around until
0.30.a is released and we receive enough feedback to warrant the preference
as a desired feature.
If a key binding conflict with another application is a concern, I think we
can optimize for the common case and drop the key binding for Paste as Rich
Text. Paste (as Plain Text) is what users will probably be looking for 99%
of the time.
