Hi, from my talk with Dmitry, it's clear, that embedded server doesn't support trusted auth at all. So we may stop thinking about it and for embedded just not use the logic I described above. Anyway, I still think, that keeping this clear is better than these "smart" decisions (what if in future will be trusted auth supported for embedded?).
Because we have some breaking changes anyway, I think, and I'm also opened to con and cons arguments, to keep it as is. -- Jiri {x2} Cincura (CTO x2develop.com) http://blog.vyvojar.cz/jirka/ | http://www.ID3renamer.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by: SourcForge Community SourceForge wants to tell your story. http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword _______________________________________________ Firebird-net-provider mailing list Firebird-net-provider@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/firebird-net-provider
