Hmm... I didn't think this was a possible value. Should be "Firebug
1.3.0 suspended" or "Firebug 1.3.0 activated by...". Something is
broken.

My suggestion (as usual) is to install Firebug in a new Firefox
profile and try it. If it works in that case, then something in your
profile is confusing Firebug.

Unfortunately I forget if this is what 1.3 is supposed to do...

.. but this is by design (or lack of as Souders would say).  Suspend
does not persist.

We are trying to get this mess cleaner in 1.4...
