Yes, m having the same problems that the others users describe and
follow your scenario (fresh installation, fresh profile and install
latest stable firebug) in two different computers and obtain the same
result, plus since firebug seems to be "active" the website loading is
really slow (specially with streaming sites like youtube.com and
justin.tv) so i have to disable it to make firefox faster again.
