It looks to me like you have done it correctly but often this does not work for me on a Vista box either.
If it is not working then try this: 1. Move the text file to your desktop 2. Install the latest Firebug alpha in Firefox 3. Close Firefox 4. Erase the [email protected] folder from C:\Users\Steve \AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\FirebugDeveloper\extensions\ 5. Copy your text file back in 6. Start Firefox and it should work fine.
