So, when you moving mouse down to where Firebug UI is the content is already wrong... I don't know what could be the problem, but the best first step would be to make the page available to us co, we can reproduce it on our machines. I am seeing that the page comes from your local networks but, would it be possible to turn it into a simple test case we can access?
