My week has been infinitely worse since this auto-update. Attempting the Stackoverflow suggestion to get it back for now. Is this something that could be re-written if it had crowd funding? I'll chip in $100, Firebug is basically the only reason I still use Firefox as it's significantly better than Chrome's Dev Tools for my development process.
