Yeah. So do I. Which is why I _still_ don't have patches to fix the
bugs I found in 4.1 (and are still present in 4.2, and possibly
5.0). Because NAI couldn't _possibly_ care less about customer
service.
Oh, and yes, I even included _patches_ to the source code to fix the
bugs. So _terribly_ difficult to fix, doncha' know.
Oh, and this is _after_ it got escalated to the CEO.
While I _applaud_ the efforts of the front line support staff, the
engineers who actually are empowered to fix code, don't. Why? I
dunno'. Bad management? Clueless coders? Little fuzzy creatures from
Alpha Centauri? I don't care anymore at this point. Gauntlet blows
chunks, and has been getting steadily _worse_ over the last 4
versions. It's time someone just shot it and put it out of it's
misery.
