         I would suspect that any ISP has something remotely close to 
illegal activity/spamming. I haven't used one that hasn't nor have I worked 
with one that didn't. All he would need is something general in there. Most 
users confronted with this won't push the issue unless it was not them, in 
which case you have a whole other can of worms to play with.
