Ummmm, no. It is not possible to stop all attacks. As a matter of fact,
it's not possible to "stop" any attack. The best anyone can do, is
design their network to discourage attacks, and set alerts and tripwires
to warn of sucessful attacks. It's also possible to design a network to
minimize risk, DMZ's are a fine example of this. The only other choice
there is... is disconnecting the system from everything putting it in a
safe and dropping it in the deep blue sea. Not something I'm inclined to
do.
