But that is exactly the main question. Your analogy does not match the
original situation.
Look :

install

This is equivalent to :

> > Actualy , YOU asked someone(who has the right to do it) to open the
bank's
> > safe

[then you use the client portion of BO (to get around the firewall) -
implicit in Jeff's suggestion]

is equivalent to

then YOU go to rob that bank ;

which lead to the conclusion :

yes YOU are culpable of robbed a bank

It seems to me not at all

Yes , but as I shown above this does not complies with Jeff's suggestion
since it is not the Sys Admin who will
use the client portion of BO. If a third person do use the client portion ,
the conspiracy issue arises[which , of course , must be proven] , but this
was not been considered in the original situation.

Anyway , I am sorry that what should be a joke led us to this situation ;
probably we misunderstand each other...

See the later...

This was not necessary , was it ?

I would like to apologize to this list's posters for this reply ; I would
like also to thank all of you that usually do care with someone posts ,
despite the subject's significance. I finish here my participation on this
thread.
