To my knowledge Gnat does not do VPN.
Somebody correct me if I am wrong.
GTA does have plans to add Gnat to its future releases.
Im my opinion that is what is holding it back.

Hello all.
I'm beginning a quest for Home/SOHO firewall appliances. The two I
encounter most frequently in my searches are the Sonic Wall and Gnat Box
products.
I'm looking for a box that provides stateful inspection, VPN, NAT, and a
reasonable management interface. Note that I'm not looking for a simple
user interface, rather a good, secure, comprehensive, management tool.
Can anyone point me to specific reviews of these two products or suggest
other products to consider?
