hi All,
OpenBSD certainly has the most consistant track record when it comes to
security period but does not do smp if that is important to you. ipchains is
modeled from ipfilter. there is nothing wrong with FW1 IMHO it is a firewall
after all:-)) I am more attracted to many Firewalls concept rather than hinging
a security policy off of one co or one type of firewall. Linux has some real
advantages in the budget area and is quite good IMHO but certainly not as
secure as ipfilter or granular for that matter. Say here is a thought i always
wished for but never got;-)) anyone consider porting over 'Drawbridge' to
Linux? always thought that it would be a great idea but a lot of work:-{)
                                                       Best Regards,
                                                    [EMAIL PROTECTED]
