But, then you have taken an addict and set them loose without the fix they
need, and so the urge overwhelms the senses and the fear of retribution
losses it;s impact and influence.  This is very similiar to what was done
with Mitnick and others playing the same game over time.  And few of them
could resist the need for the fix and soon found a means to soothes their
needs and wants.
