Yeah. A lot of folks seem to underestimate the importance of a good
understanding of DNS. In my experience, that's especially true in the
case of Pee Cee shops where TCP/IP is just another protocol that they
run in addition to the other 17 needed to support their bizarre,
mostly ad-hoc architecture.
Back in my day, we didn't have books! We read the RFC and source
code! And we were thankful! These kids today have it so easy. ;-)
