Makes sense to me.  It could be a little database that you could search by
application/service name, such as SQLNet, or IMAP, then when you click on
the record there would be links to instructions for firewall a, b, c.  And
each firewall would have a common template in theory, so the maintanence and
creation of new rules shouldn't be much of a pain, you'd just need the
proper terminology and syntax and stick in a port number.

Then the next time someone needs to know how to block Napster they can just
look it up.  :)
