We have had experience with the Network-1 products since 1996 or
so.. we use their older perimeter product along with Cisco PIX units. We
also have the workstation/server product that you are referring to. The
installation is very smooth. The interface is logical and easy to work
with. It has extensive protocol controls and great flexibility in defining
trusted/untested nodes. Performance seems more than adequate. backups are
easy to effect and the firewall can have multiple configs available. Support
is good... e-mail answers come very fast. Personalities are World Class.
We've seen the few server based products and this one is well worth a look.
