Hi I'm using fish-1.19.0 on NetBSD-2.0. When I press tab key and if completion candidates cannot be displayed at once, fish_pager complains as follows.
fish_pager: Unknown switch % in string %ls(%d%%)

Seems like vgwprintf cannot accept '%%' as format string.
Attached file is a patch to fix this.
