Hi Rob.  If writing an ebook for fish, you might want to have a look at the 
Bash documents at http://mywiki.wooledge.org/ as examples of ideas for 
documentation.  Something like the BashPitfalls for fish (if it has any 
pitfalls) would be very cool.
