There is plenty of books out there for bourne, korn, and of course bash, and doing a fish book would be a welcome addition - the others can be referred to as examples of why fish is better. :) On an administration side of things it is well worth your while getting an ISBN for the publication as well. Of course, one can write 90% of the book before thinking about this. Having the book in progress in a repository (e.g., git) where you can invite users to push additions, elaborations, and changes is handy too.
