THERE IS A SECOND FJ LIST ..well, actually it was the Rescue List originally
(and still is) but Lynda Welch Bailey kindly allows Fjord folks to discuss

Good point about the stallion having the greater impact w/unusual attributes
due the fact they multiply breed.
Your current posts were very informative Beth.. and helped somewhat to clear
up what has been a very puzzling topic to me. ..that of an apparent double
standard within the NFHR (the original Standard on the NFHR site, and the
additional FHI standard).
It is interesting that you state the latter is not used for Evaluations
because I have read in other accounts that it is, whereas you have indicated
it is futuristic.
There has been considerable speculation about this on the other list
recently and it seems we have ended up with more questions than answers.
