Dear Gail, I don't know the name of the manufacturer of the rubber shreds. There are several out there. The arena that I was in had long rectangular pieces over 2 inches in length and about 1/2 wide. I no longer live in the area and can't remember the name of the stable. It was in Spokane. Jeri in Washington, Missouri
