Right, Brigid about the fjord walking thru a house etc.  We would call them
"mesomorphs"  Humans fit in this grouping also, ones who walk through doors
instead of opening them!  Re cavaletti, round poles work best as the horses
usually hit them in the beginning.  They do not like the noise so will
usually, here the fjord mind comes into play, avoid hitting them.  You need
to see what distance each horse needs to be able to step over and do it at
their natural gait.  The poles need to be moved farther apart for the trot.
It helps a horse collect itself better.  The poles can be raised for more
dexterity on the horses part and they usually like this challenge.  It is
fun to ride through also. Regular 4" round fence poles work or just cut
