For those wondering if clicker training really works, here is a
video of a lamb being clicker trained, and by the end, the lamb can do
agility on a dog course. Worth watching if you are not a believer.
I have my youngest Fjord introduced to clicker training. For a
long time she seemed too food oriented to try it, but an interesting
reaction occurred. She is so interested in the food, I have her undivided
attention. Now she can free lunge in a nice circle, W/T/C around me, in a
rectangular ring. I have a lunge whip and 4 sugar cubes. After 3 or so
minutes of circling and transitions, I ask her to stop and approach for a
sugar cube. Then she is sent back out, where she is listening, listening
for the sugar cube command. She does not get stuck in corners or
anything. I am trying to figure out how to get the Sheltie to jump on for
a dog and pony show!

This is a Portuguese lamb. Watch it to the end, it does agility!
