Dear. JetAudio software supports full range of compression level. Here is official site. http://www.jetaudio.com
But, iAudio M3, portable hardware could not play level 3~8 although LPC use integer. I guess that Rio Kama(?) has more powerful CPU & a few sound effects. And M3 supports many additional sound effect (BBE, mach3bass, 3D Enhancer, MP Enhancer, Equalizer...) These effects occupy CPU pretty much. If you have the more optimized codes, plz give me it. And, here is official site. http://www.jetaudio.com/products/iaudio/m3/ -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Josh Coalson Sent: Tuesday, September 21, 2004 1:00 PM To: ?e?$1/4(r); [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Flac-dev] iAudio M3 support FLAC now. --- 1h1$<. <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Dear. I'm guessing it has something to do with LPC. encoding with LPC uses floating point in libFLAC but decoding does not. is the limitation only for encoding? someone on the 'flac' list (not 'flac-dev') mentioned that they were able to play back some files encoded at -0, -4, and -8. also, will there be a place on the site for some official announcement or some product info that shows FLAC as a supported format? then I will be able to link to it easily on the FLAC site. thanks, Josh __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
