I think your mixing Flex Builder 2 alpha with Flash IDE 9 alpha.

Fex Builder 2.0 alpha --> october 17
Flex Builder 2.0 final --> first half 2006

Flash 9 alpha --> spring 2006
Flash 9 final --> when its ready.
